THE STORY OF A FAMILY BUSINESS

Our story is the story of a small family-run business, a cannery created in 1958 by Marius Bernard, in Saint Chamas in the south of France, affectionately nicknamed “the factory that smells good”.

PERPETUATED AND REINVENTED TRADITION

In 2001, Patrick Baillet took over the historic company. Over time, convinced of the advantages of manufacturing and preserving, he took care to preserve his expertise, then supported by his daughter Margaux, they undertook to expand the range of products of the cannery and create the brands MARiUS and Les Pêcheurs des Calanques.


